Maliah Hub is a platform for finance professionals to share knowledge, ask questions, and learn from each other. All content should be relevant to finance, accounting, auditing, or related fields.

• Avoid off-topic or irrelevant posts

2. No Spam or Self-Promotion

We prohibit spam, excessive self-promotion, and commercial advertising. The platform is for genuine peer-to-peer learning, not marketing.

• Do not post repetitive or unsolicited promotional content
• Do not spam links to external websites or services
• Do not use the platform to sell products or services
• Disclose conflicts of interest if relevant to your contribution
• Focus on helping others, not promoting yourself

3. Respect and Civility

We maintain a respectful community where all members feel safe and valued. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and personal attacks are not tolerated.

• No hate speech, discrimination, or slurs based on any characteristic

• Report inappropriate behavior to our moderation team

4. Accuracy and Honesty

Members rely on each other for accurate information. Provide honest, factual answers and clearly distinguish between facts, opinions, and experiences.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

Respect confidentiality, privacy, and intellectual property. Do not share confidential company information or violate others' privacy.

7. Violation Consequences

We enforce these guidelines to maintain community quality. Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning
• Content Removal: Inappropriate posts will be removed
• Account Suspension: Repeated or serious violations result in temporary suspension
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal

We review violations fairly and will communicate with users about any action taken. You can appeal moderation decisions by contacting our team.

8. Report Violations

See something that violates these guidelines? Use the "Report" button on any post or profile to flag it for review.

• Click the "Report" button on the content
• Select the reason (Spam, Harassment, etc.)
• Optionally add details about the violation
• Submit the report
• Our moderation team reviews reports within 24-48 hours
